From the Kitchen of "Chef" Norm

My notes:  This is a dip that even people who don't like spinach like.

10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 package Knorr vegetable soup & recipe mix
8 ounce can water chestnuts (optional)
3 green onions

Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry. 
In blender, chop and blend all ingredients well. 
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.  Stir before serving.
