My notes: Great for making up gift bottles for Christmas

1 + 1/2 Cups Salad Oil
1 package - Original Ranch Style Dressing Mix (dry)
2 teaspoons Dill Weed (fine ground)
1 + 1/2 Tablespoons LEMON PEPPER
2 Boxes / Packages (@ 11 oz each) Sunshine Oyster Crackers

Mix all ingredients (except Crackers) in a large bowl or container ... throughly blend dry seasonings with oil

Add Crackers ... Toss / mix Crackers to evenly coat with oil and seasoning mixture ...

I mix it all up in a LARGE tupperware bowl and shake it around,
then let it sit for 20 min and shake it some more,
Repeating every 20 min for about an hour ... 

The Crackers need time to absord all the oil and seasonings ... 
Put the crackers in an AIR TIGHT container for storage
They'll taste even better over time, as they absorb the flavors.

If you make a big batch ..(I tripled the recipe) .... then the excess can be FROZEN in an air tight container for about 6 to 8 weeks ... just thaw & serve ...
