|My notes: I had this for the first time at Cartha's house and it was really good.|
1 small head or 1/2 large cabbage, about 2 pounds.
1 large red delicious apple, cored and diced to 1/2" pieces
1 carrot, finely grated
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (I later used Splenda)
1/3 cup mayonaisse
Mix together and chill.
