HORSERADISH

SAUCE

My notes:  Great for on flank steak, london broil or other beef
 


2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (add more after mixing all ingredients if desired, to taste)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tablespoon mayonaisse
1 tsp. chopped chives or green onion pieces

Mix, makes 1/2 cup
