FLANK STEAK

MARINADE

My notes:

1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix, put meat and above in zip lock back and refrigerate overnight or at least a couple hours.
