BALSAMIC

SHALLOT

My notes:

1/2 cup shallots, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Saute shallots 3 minutes, add the wine.  Simmer 3 minutes. 
Add butter and balsamic vinegar and heat to a boil. 

Reduce till thick, about 8 - 10 minutes
