|My notes: I usually cook my sockeye salmon my own way but use this delicious sauce on it.|
My Notes: This sauce usually takes a while, so start it in plenty of time. Also, after you take it off the heat it will get hard. I doubled the recipe
to make extra one time and it was so hard later I could barely get it out of a bowl I put it in from the pan earlier.
